Refund policy

If you are dissatisfied with your delivery for any reason, please contact us at moo@crowdcow.com as soon as possible. We may provide a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item. Due to the perishable nature of the product, we do not offer exchanges.


To start a return for a non-food product, you can contact us at moo@crowdcow.com within 30 days of receiving your item. All returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed shipping instructions.


Please note:

Perishable goods, such as food, are non-returnable.

We may require photographic documentation or the return of the product before issuing a credit or refund.

Failure to comply with the return instructions or conditions will render you ineligible for a refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
